We pushed aside the grand piano to make room for Bruce Katz and his Hammond B3 organ. Bruce and his trio of talented musicians shook up the club in a night of jazz and blue-jazz that echoed down a normally peaceful Ashley Street on a balmy Saturday night in Ann Arbor. The band hung out for a couple of days after the performance while Susan Chastain, club owner showed them the local sites in our fair town.
